About The Photographer

She Escobar is a photographer based in the Philippines. Her work revolves around photo-documentary projects encompassing humanity, culture and the natural world.

My pursuit of documentary projects has been a winding journey mixed with enriching experiences and learning. Photography has given me a platform to be a bridge for people who live in the fringes of society and individuals whose voices need to be heard. It is through these experiences that I continue to love humanity and the unique stories people tell. By establishing rapport and immersing myself in communities, I have learned that photography can help me understand the various aspects of life as well as the beauty of humanity.
